CONTEST RULES FOR « WIN A PAIR OF VANCOUVER CANUCKS TICKETS FROM FLO »

The « WIN A PAIR OF VANCOUVER CANUCKS TICKETS FROM FLO » contest (hereinafter the “Contest”) is being held by Services FLO Inc. (hereinafter “FLO”) on the FLO EV Charging Facebook page from THURSDAY JANUARY 20th, 2022 to TUESDAY JANUARY 24th, 2022. All references in this document to times refer to the time zone in effect locally in the city of Montreal, Province of Quebec.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1.1 To participate in this Contest you must register your entry on FLO’s Facebook page by:
a) liking and commenting on the Contest publication: and
b) completing the Contest’s Facebook form.

No other means of entry registration will be accepted.

1.2 Only one entry per person is allowed.

1.3 Contest entry registered via Facebook must be completed between

THURSDAY JANUARY 20th, 2022 to TUESDAY JANUARY 24th, 2022, 11:59PM EST.

1.4 No purchase is required in order to participate in this Contest.


2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

2.1 To be eligible for this Contest and draw, participants must:
a) reside in the Province of British Columbia;
b) be nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of the Draw (as defined below);
c) agree to abide by the Contest rules set forth herein; and
d) register their entry on FLO’s Facebook page as set forth in Section 1 above.

Participants who meet all participation and eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1 and 2 are eligible to participate in this Contest (hereinafter the “Eligible Participants”).

2.2 The directors, officers and employees of FLO and their parent companies and subsidiaries, sponsors, suppliers of materials and services related to this contest, as well as members of their immediate families (brothers, sisters, children, parents, legal or de facto spouses) and persons living in the same household as them, are not eligible to participate in this contest.


3. THE PRIZE

3.1 The prize consists of two (2) single use tickets to the Vancouver Canucks NHL game against the Seattle Kraken on Tuesday January 25th, 7PM PST at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia (hereinafter the “Prize”).

3.2 The Prize includes shipping costs and all applicable taxes.

3.3 The Prize must be accepted as awarded, without substitution. It is not transferable, cannot be sold and has no cash value.


4. THE DRAW

4.1 The draw will take place on Monday january 24th, 2021 at 12:00PM EST (hereinafter the “Draw”).

4.2 The Draw will consist of one (1) random draw, from amongst all Eligible Participants.

4.3 To be declared a winner, the Eligible Participant whose name was drawn must meet all participation and eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1 and 2. Failure to comply with one or more of these participation and eligibility requirements will result in automatic disqualification and a new draw will be held to determine a new winner.

4.4 Insofar as the selected participant has fulfilled all the aforementioned requirements, he/she will be notified by email or telephone within seventy-two (72) business hours following the Draw, to confirm that he/she has won and to validate his/her contact information.

4.4 FLO is not responsible for any failed attempts to contact a Contest winner.

4.5 If the Contest winner cannot be reached by email or telephone within seventy-two (72) hours of the Draw, the Contest winner will be deemed to have renounced the Prize and will be disqualified. Another Eligible Participant will then be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries until a new winner is declared.


5. GENERAL RULES

5.1 By entering this Contest, participants expressly acknowledge that this contest is not associated with, managed or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook is in no way responsible for the holding of this Contest.

5.2 Any information submitted in the entry form that is erroneous, incomplete, incomprehensible, fraudulent or contains false information will be automatically rejected.

5.3 Contest participants (including the Contest winner) irrevocably release FLO, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers and employees (hereinafter the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, for any damage or loss that may arise from participation in this Contest or that may arise from the awarding, acceptance or use of the Prize or that may arise from any provision of services in connection with the Prize.

5.4 The winner accepts the Prize without any legal or other warranty from the Released Parties.

5.5 The winner authorizes FLO to use, publish, reproduce, copy, post online, share and distribute in any format or type of media, for commercial and advertising purposes related to the Contest, without restriction as to territory or duration, and without any compensation, his/her likeness, image, voice, including a photograph, picture, video or sound recording (“Likeness”), as well as his/her name and city of residence. The winner waives any right that he/she may have to inspect, review or approve any drafts, finished products, layouts, displays, videos, advertising material or any other copy or material upon or in which his/her Likeness may be reproduced, and releases and discharges the Released Parties from any and all claims he/she may have or ever have against any of the Released Parties for the use of his/her Likeness.

5.6 If the Contest winner refuses to accept the Prize or cannot be reached within the timeframe set forth in Section 4.5, the Released Parties shall be released from any and all liability and obligations towards the Contest winner.

5.7 The Released Parties assume no responsibility for the failure of any website used for the purposes of the Contest or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, service providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or transmissions sent or received due to technical or other problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any other website, or any combination thereof, including damage to participant’s or any other person's computer equipment, which may occur whilst participating in this Contest.

5.8 The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any loss, delay, misdirection, misprint or other error in connection with this Contest.

5.9 The Released Parties assume no liability whatsoever in relation to any cases where their inability to act is the result of an unforeseeable event or situation beyond their control, including but not limited to pandemics, strikes, lockouts or any other labor dispute within their establishment or within the organizations or companies whose services are used to hold this contest.

5.10 The personal information requested from participants for entry into the Contest will be used solely by FLO (including its subsidiaries and affiliates) or a third party authorized by FLO for the purpose of administering the Contest. This information will not be used for any other purpose without consent. By providing this information, participants consent to its use for the purposes indicated.

5.11 In the event of unavailability due to factors beyond their control, the Released Parties reserve the exclusive and absolute right to substitute a prize of an equivalent value and nature, without recourse for the winner.
